Public Management and Administration
This pathway allows students to earn a Social Studies and CTAE credit for each course in the pathway. All MAHS students will take Level 1, American Government/Civics & Introduction to Government and Public Administration, and Level 3, Personal Finance and Economics & Government and Public Administration: Local & State Issues as required by the state of Georgia for graduation purposes. Students will have the option to take the Level 2 course, Introduction to U.S. Intelligence and National Security Studies & Government and Public Administration: State and Federal Issues, as an elective choice. This pathway preps students for a career in the Public Management and Administration field. Some careers in this field include Governance, National security, Foreign service, Planning, Revenue and taxation, Regulation, Public management and administration.
